DESCRIPTION:OPEN TO ALL SPORTS \nIDEAL FOR COLLEGE ATHLETES \nJUNE 3 – AUGUST 25 \nThis is a 10-week program for all athletes that will focus on increasing strength\, power\, and speed over the summer months. Each athlete will undergo a full body movement screen to establish a physical capability baseline\, baseline strength testing to establish lifting percentages and program guidelines\, and force-velocity profiling to assess the athlete’s force and velocity production capabilities during ballistic tasks such as jumping and sprinting. These metrics will be used to design individualized programs for each athlete. \n\nYou will be able to see the calendar and reserve your times once the package is purchased

DESCRIPTION:Clubhouse Athletics is excited to announce that we will be hosting a catching clinic on February 24th\, from 10 am to 12 pm. This clinic is designed to cover the basic skills needed for anyone interested in mastering the catcher’s position. \n\n\nWhat Will Be Covered? \n\n\nOur focus for this session will be on the main catching topics that are necessary for any budding athlete. These include: \n\nStances primary & secondary:\n\nLearn the different stances a catcher needs to adopt during the game. We’ll cover both the primary stance (used when there are no runners on base) and the secondary stance (used when there are runners on base).\n\nThrowing footwork:\n\nGood footwork is essential for a catcher. We’ll teach you the correct footwork for throwing to bases\, ensuring you can get the ball where it needs to go quickly and accurately.\n\nBlocking:\n\nAs a catcher\, your job is to keep the ball in front of you at all times. We’ll teach you effective techniques for blocking the ball\, preventing wild pitches and passed balls.\n\nFraming:\n\nFraming is the art of making a pitch that might be slightly out of the strike zone appear to be a strike to the umpire. We’ll show you how to master this skill.\n\nLeadership behind the plate:\n\nThe catcher is often considered the leader on the field\, directing play and keeping the team focused. We’ll cover the skills needed to be an effective leader on the field.\n\n\n\n\nHow Much Does It Cost? This comprehensive clinic costs $75.
